How these numbers were made
Source: bare clones of all active Bitbucket repositories in the moneybeesph workspace plus the
Bitbucket API for pull requests, collected 24 August 2026.
Commit counts are non-merge commits across all branches. Merge commits are excluded so a PR
does not count twice.
Line counts exclude lockfiles (package-lock, pnpm-lock, yarn.lock), node_modules, dist, build,
vendored, minified and sourcemap files. Hive 2.0 lines still include generated docs, tests and
seeds — treat lines as scale, not effort.
"AI-augmented lane" aggregates the swarm worker, guard and bot identities in hive2. Every one
of its 2,476 merged PRs passed the named human control gates — commit, independent review,
sign-off, deploy — with Jeff Kent Buenaflor as the approving human, which is why his own row
also carries 233 hive2 PRs. This is the same delivery model described in the BSP Engineering
Disclosure.
Merged-PR authorship comes from the Bitbucket API author field. The legacy lane's 2,891 PRs span 2017 to 2026.
fsapi, fsclient and fsclient-v2 (the pre-Moneybees FirstTree-era stack) are excluded from every figure on this page on CTO instruction. The other repositories not listed are archives, forks and one-off scripts with negligible activity;
their totals would not move any figure here by more than 1 percent.
